Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges are not possible. Please look through all product pictures and the description carefully before buying anything.

- Please note that no physical item will be shipped.
Licence
Digital products can be used for personal and commercial projects, but resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.
You are allowed to
- To create your personal art work.
- To create commercial art work with the following restrictions:
– The Asset may only be used as a subordinate, incorporated component of a larger, original end-product (e.g., an illustration, video, website design, or digital artwork).
– The Asset must be used in a “used way,” meaning it is significantly modified, combined with other creative elements.
You are NOT allowed to
You are strictly prohibited from the following:
- Standalone Use: You may not use, display, or distribute the Asset on its own. It cannot be the primary focus, value, or main attraction of your project.
- Resale and Redistribution: You may not sell, sublicense, share, transfer, or redistribute the Asset (e.g., as a standalone file, stock resource, template, or design element).
- Merchandise and Templates: You may not use the Asset on “print-on-demand” merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs) or in digital templates intended for sale or distribution.
- Claiming the Asset as your own
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A trackable method to mail your return is recommended.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected , your return will be processed. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days from the receipt of your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
